• Discovery Call: Before diving into the intensives, we offer a complimentary Discovery Call. This is a chance for us to connect, discuss your goals, and determine if Healing Intensives are the right fit for you. Your comfort and alignment with this healing journey are our top priorities.
• Assessment: Upon deciding to move forward, we conduct a comprehensive assessment. This collaborative process provides deeper insights into your current well-being, challenges, and aspirations. The assessment lays the foundation for a personalized and effective Healing Intensive.
• Scheduling Intensive Dates and Length: Once we've established the best approach for your healing journey, we work together to schedule the Intensive dates and determine the appropriate length of each session. The flexibility of these intensives allows for a tailored approach, accommodating your schedule and ensuring a meaningful and positive experience.
• Post-Intensive Assessment: After completing the Healing Intensives, we conduct a post-intensive assessment. This session serves as a reflection on your journey, allowing us to celebrate your progress, address any remaining concerns, and set the stage for continued growth.
